Dr. Creech was born and raised in Columbia City. He graduated from Columbia City High School and went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Wabash college in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Dr. Creech enrolled in dental school at Indiana University School of Dentistry. While there, he received the “Dr. Charles E. and Janice B. Kem Award for Clinical Excellence“ and earned the “Gold Star Award“ for exceptional scores on both state and national board exams. Dr. Creech graduated from Indiana School of Dentistry in 2000 and began his career at Fort Wayne Dental Group. Dr. Creech is married to his beautiful, wonderful and thoughtful wife Brittany. He has eight children.
